1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by AI Abundance (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website, mobile communications, and any related services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

AI Abundance provides local SEO, digital marketing, AI-optimized content, Google Business Profile management, reputation management, and related services to local businesses in Grapevine, TX and surrounding areas. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are outlined in a separate service agreement or proposal provided to each client.

3. Payment Terms

All fees are due as specified in your service agreement. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension of services. We reserve the right to charge a late fee of 1.5% per month on overdue balances. All sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Text Message (SMS) Communications

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from AI Abundance, you consent to receive recurring automated and non-automated SMS/MMS messages from us, including but not limited to:

• Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations
• Service updates and job status notifications
• Review and feedback requests following a completed service
• Promotional offers and marketing messages (where separately consented to)
• Responses to inquiries you submit through our website or contact form

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information necessary for us to deliver services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, reports, and materials we create on your behalf remain our intellectual property until payment is received in full, at which point ownership of deliverables transfers to you as specified in your service agreement. Our proprietary systems, software, and methodologies remain exclusively owned by AI Abundance.

7. Results Disclaimer

Digital marketing and SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, competition, and market conditions. We make no guarantee of specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes. We will apply our best professional efforts to achieve the goals outlined in your service agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Abundance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services upon written notice as specified in the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for material breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of TX, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Grapevine, TX.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
